Terms & Conditions | Universal Driving School

Welcome to Universal Driving School! By enrolling in our driving courses and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

• Universal Driving School reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• All students must provide accurate personal information when registering for lessons.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

• Students must possess a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license before attending lessons.
• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet all legal requirements for driving in Saskatchewan.

3. Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Driving lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required before the start of any driving lesson or package.
• Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Universal Driving School.
• Any promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined with other deals.

5. Road Test Car Rental

• We offer vehicles for road tests at a reasonable fee, subject to availability.
• Booking a car rental for the road test must be done in advance.
• Universal Driving School is not responsible for any failed road tests.

6. Safety & Code of Conduct

• Students must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times during lessons.
• Any reckless or dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
• The use of alcohol or drugs before or during a lesson is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Universal Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or injuries that occur during lessons or after obtaining a driver’s license.
• Students are responsible for understanding and adhering to Saskatchewan’s traffic laws.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is kept confidential.
• Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
